Incredible Feets Return Policy
Our commitment to excellent customer service extends further than the sales floor. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund/ exchange within any time frame of your purchase.

If you have any questions regarding your returns, feel free to call any one of our 5 locations during our hours of operation.
Any new and unused footwear must be returned in its Original Box for a full refund. If the new and unused footwear is not returned in its Original Box, then a store credit will be issued. You may return your new and unused footwear or apparel at any Incredible Feets location within any time frame of your purchase. The original form of payment and receipt are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price. If the receipt is not available, an in-store credit will be issued at the current product price.
If your item(s) was purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
If you made a purchase using multiple methods of payment , your refund will be issued using the same methods.
Wrong Size? Something doesn’t fit well? You may exchange your new and unused footwear or apparel at any Incredible Feets location within any time frame of your purchase.
Defective Merchandise Return
If you believe you have any defective merchandise that was purchased from one of our 5 locations within our 30 Day grace period, please stop by any one of our 5 locations so one of our knowledgeable store managers can inspect the product. If the product is deemed a manufacture defect, you will be given the opportunity to replace the product. If you choose to replace the defective product for the same exact style, there will be no monetary difference; however if you choose to replace the defective with a product that costs more, you will have to pay the difference in the price from the defective to the replacement product; if the product is less than the value of the defective product, you will be given back the difference of the defective to the replacement product in the form of a store credit.
*Incredible Feets reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
